Mission Statement

SWIFT Real Estate Solutions is dedicated to providing credible, regulatory compliant Commercial Real Estate Appraisal & Review Services to our clients. The SWIFT Commercial Appraisal Management (AMC) team connects lenders to Enterprise level appraisal process management, logistics support and review competence. Our clients are US Banks, Thrifts, Credit Unions and Lenders.

Since 2004 SWIFT has provided platform appraisal management services to lender clients. Three SWIFT managing members are former Chief Appraisers at major lending institutions and have extensive process management and regulatory compliance experience. Commercial Appraisal Review Services

Appraisal Reviews are a core SWIFT service line. Every one of our Principals has professional roots in Review Services; Appraisal Management; Banking or Field Appraisal work. SWIFT provides review solutions for lenders in tandem with Appraisal Management or as an External Vendor. Our review panel members have at a minimum 20 years of experience. (Most have 25 – 45 years of experience).
